Tyre failures during the process

If a tyre fails in process, the credit note will be raised only for the invoice amount and no compensation is given for the casing damage.

Consequential damage

No compensation is given for consequential damages due to tyre failures. Our liability is only up to the extent of retreading value.

Pro-rata basis

Tyres failed during operations and covered under warranty will be settled on pro-rata basis by compensating only to the extent of unused tread depth. Only the original tread depth and the unused tread depth will be taken into consideration for calculating pro-rata amount.

Settlement

Any claim tyre has to be sent to the company along with its invoice details to trace its history. If the claim is approved, either a credit note can be raised for the claim amount or the tyre can be reprocessed at pro-rata billing.
